Processing Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please ensure you check that the delivery address you provide is correct and accurate.

Single Travel Vial or 50ml Bottle - Royal Mail - £3.85

Orders over £150 value - Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Free (please contact before placing order)

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately we cannot currently offer shipping outside of the U.K. Hopefully this might be something we can resolve in the future.

 

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition then we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and photos showing the item condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
